Our benches are – depending on the model – available as two-, three- or four-seater or even as double bench. Depending on the product series, our park benches are available with or without armrests. Benches of different lengths can be perfectly combined within one product series. For example, 3-seater benches fit ideally in a city park, whereas smaller 2-seater benches can be used if there is less space.

How long is the delivery time for park benches?
When purchasing park benches and other street furniture, our current delivery time is 4-6 weeks ex works.
Please note that seasonal fluctuations can affect the delivery times for standard products.
We would like to point out that no deliveries can be made during our summer break, which lasts two weeks in August. We therefore recommend ordering park benches early to ensure that you can meet the desired delivery times. Please note that the exact delivery date can only be communicated when the order is placed. Thank you for your understanding.
Are the colors for the benches included in the price?
All colors listed on the Colors page are included in the price. In addition, all more than 8500 colors of the RAL design color palette, as well as all Pantone and NCS colors in fine structure are available to our customers for an additional charge.
How is paint applied to the park benches?
All products are powder-coated by hand directly at our production site.
Powder coating has proven itself over the last few decades and is extremely robust and durable. Above all, the fine surface structure of the colours (so-called fine structure colours) make the benches, bollards, litter bins more even more resistant to scratches and wear.
Which bench dealers are there?
We, the company BENKERT BÄNKE, have not only manufactured our street furniture for more than 35 years, but also sell it ourselves. Whether benches, litter bins, bollards or planters: all products are designed, produced and dispatched at our company site. We will be glad to make you an individual offer.

Are there park benches made of wood?
No, we have not had wood in our product range for many years. We have been using full stainless steel benches or stainless steel frames with thermal PET coating for a long time.
This not only allows us to offer our customers an absolutely low-maintenance and weather-resistant product, but also makes it possible to recycle all products 100% after decades of use.
Wooden street furniture requires a great deal of care and maintenance or may need to be dismantled depending on the location and season.
The furniture from BENKERT BÄNKE can always remain in place. Dirt can be easily wiped off with a cloth or removed with a high-pressure cleaner in the course of urban cleaning, as required.

Where are the park benches made?
All our products have been made by hand in Königsberg in Lower Franconia for more than 35 years.
From design and welding to powder coating and packaging, everything happens here in Altershausen. Our office and production facility, planned by Swiss architect Mario Botta, is designed in such a way that we can carry out all work steps here.
We do not import furniture from abroad and do not sell products from other manufacturers.

How are park benches fixed?
Our benches can be ordered either with ground anchors for screwing on or for setting in concrete. Only a few benches can only be set in concrete for static reasons. This information can be found in the corresponding data sheet of the product.
