Via e-mail or form with project location and description, exact product name, number of desired products and delivery address.
02 Quotation
Within 1-3 days the customer receives a non-binding offer including all costs.
03 Order
The customer orders in writing by e-mail the desired items from the offer
04 Order confirmation
Clarification of all details - exact number of products, colours, anchoring options. The exact delivery period is also specified with the order confirmation
05 Production
We manufacture all products by hand in Königsberg in Lower Franconia. The delivery time is 4-6 weeks.
06 Delivery
The products manufactured by us leave our company by forwarding and make their way to the customer.
